General Rules

    1... Report any incident to the Secretary or Event Organiser at the Secretary's office. She will summon appropriate services by direct contact or by telephoning 999 from her mobile phone.

    2... Secretary will summon all Committee Members and Section Leaders to the Secretary's Office by P.A. system, call sign "Committee Members and Section Leaders to Rally Organisers Meeting". Senior Officers will issues instructions.

DAY TIME INSTRUCTIONS: (10:00-18:00 Police on Grounds)

Fire:

Marquees: Written instructions will be issued to responsible exhibitors in each marquee. Priority to be given to evacuating all persons. Inform Secretary: Public Fire Service should be summoned.

Serious Accidents:

Inform Secretary immediately, who will call doctor and British Red Cross and Police. Committee Members to assist in keeping Public back and clearing road way to main gate. Instruct gateman where accident has occured, to direct incoming emergency vehicles to location.

Public Disturbances:

Advise Secretary, who will inform Police.

Theft:

Advise Police via Secretary.

Death:

Advise Secretary, who will call doctor or British Red Cross.

Public Panic:

Open all gates.
Halt all Traffic.
Clear Event Field as quickly as possible.
